1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to this website and to the Parent Practices services offered through it. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be 18 years of age or older. If you enroll in a service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian for any child information you provide.

3. Nature of the service

Parent Practices offers parenting coaching and educational support. It is not therapy, medical or psychological diagnosis, or treatment. It is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you or a child is in danger or needs urgent help, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately.

4. Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any account details confidential. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

5. Purchases and payments

Prices are those shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the stated charge. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation terms, if any, are those stated at checkout or in your purchase confirmation. If none are stated, email hello@parentpractices.com and we will review your request. Starting or completing a service does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

8. Intellectual property

The website, branding, and materials belong to Parent Practices or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission. Materials provided as part of a purchased service are for your personal use.

9. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party tools, such as payment processing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Parent Practices is not responsible for third-party sites or services it does not control.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific parenting or child outcomes. Coaching and educational content are not a substitute for professional clinical, medical, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parent Practices and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. For a claim related to a purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Where a change materially affects a paid service you already purchased, we will provide notice where reasonably practical.
